How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping within the United States is FREE on orders that are $50 and over!
All orders that are less than $50.00 that ship within the United States are at a flat rate of $7.00, regardless of their size, weight or number of items.

Most orders are shipped Priority Mail via the US Postal Service. These shipments offer 2-3 day service to most domestic destinations. Please note that orders that include Tea Tree Private Reserve Antioxidant Infused Oil are shipped UPS Ground.

These rates include Alaska and Hawaii -- you don't have to pay more to get it there. We appreciate all orders, including those from our friends in AK and HI, and offer the same flat shipping rate to all states within the US. Even if we are a little jealous that you live in those amazing states and we'd like to visit one day!

We offer international shipping as follows (all amounts shown are in US dollars):

Minimum order $35 (USD)
Free shipping with orders $75 (USD) and up.
Flat rate shipping $15.50 (USD) orders up to $74.99 (USD)

Australia, Denmark & the UK
Minimum order $50 (USD)
Free shipping with orders $175 (USD) and up.
Australia, Flat rate shipping $22.75 (USD) on orders up to $174.99 (USD)
Denmark & UK, Flat rate shipping $22.50 (USD) on orders up to $174.99 (USD)

  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. You can reach customer service by emailing to shop@ybf-skincare.com. In the email, please include your name and order number as well as the name of the wrong product that you received.

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
